Chaos Cotton Company

These terms apply to orders placed at Chaos Cotton Company. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are
Chaos Cotton Company sells original graphic apparel. Shirts are printed only after you order them by a print partner. We do not keep inventory. Contact us at chaoscottoncompany26@gmail.com.

Products
Colors on your screen can differ from the printed shirt. A print that sits within about half an inch of the intended placement is normal for this print method and is not a defect. Sizing follows the size chart on the product page. Check that chart before you order. We cannot remake a shirt because the size you chose does not fit.

Some designs are unofficial fan art. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any university, team, league, or athlete, including the University of Florida, the NCAA, or any SEC school. Team names are used only to describe the subject of original artwork.

Orders and payment
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items in your cart. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if payment fails, or if we cannot produce the item. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. A price change does not affect an order already placed. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax Shopify calculates.

Production, shipping, and risk
Production usually starts within a few business days. Delivery dates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package. A wrong address entered at checkout is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations
Email chaoscottoncompany26@gmail.com as soon as you order if you need to cancel. We can refund an order only before it goes into production. Once printing has started, it cannot be canceled.

Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is part of these terms. Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, a wrong size, or a wrong color. We replace or refund a shirt that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost, if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos.

Intellectual property
All designs, names, logos, and site content belong to Chaos Cotton Company or its licensors. You may not copy a design, resell the artwork file, or use our art on another product. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the graphic.

Your use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or place orders with stolen payment details. We may refuse service to anyone.

Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for more than the amount you paid for the order that caused the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a different venue is required by law.

Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version that applies to new orders.
