A soft, breathable cotton tee designed for people who live for the grind of the gym and the quiet confidence of progress. The front graphic — a 45-lb weight plate cloaked in chalky dust with the bold line “DON’T HATE ME / EMBRACE ME” — reads like a quiet challenge. Wear it to warm up, cool down, or whenever you want to carry that sweaty, focused energy into everyday life. The lightweight knit drapes naturally and keeps movement easy, while the clean crew neck and classic fit make it simple to layer under hoodies or pair with jeans. It feels lived-in from the first wear and keeps its shape through training cycles and washes, so the message stays as real as your reps. Product features - 100% ring-spun cotton (lightweight 153 g/m²) for a soft, breathable feel - Tubular knit—no side seams—for a clean drape and reduced waste - Durable ribbed collar with shoulder tape to prevent stretching - DTG/DTF printed graphics (sleeve and neck labels use DTF) that hold detail and contrast - OEKO-TEX® certified, ethically sourced cotton with EU 2-year warranty and safety compliance Care instructions - Do not dryclean - Do not bleach - Tumble dry: low heat - Iron, steam or dry: low heat - Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), with similar colors
